We're shipping within 5 days after we recieved the payment. Please note, we only ship WITHIN GERMANY. For shipping within europe extra costs will be added. Please contact us in this case before ordering at office@renate.cc. We're shipping from germany so it may take a while until it reaches you. Please be patient.

All products on RENATE Bandcamp page are sent by unregistered air mail from Germany. We're using DHL, DPD or UPS for the shipping.
